大家好！很高兴到访马古富力总统的家乡查托，感谢坦方对中国代表团的热情接待。我们高兴地看到，在马古富力总统的领导下，坦桑尼亚*府和人民励精图治，走出了一条符合自身国情的振兴之路，作为朋友，我们为此感到由衷高兴，表示热烈祝贺！
Goodafternoon.ItgivesmegreatpleasuretovisitChato,thehometownofPresidentJohnMagufuli.IappreciatethehospitalityshowntomydelegationbyourTanzanianhosts.WearepleasedtoseethatundertheleadershipofPresidentMagufuli,theTanzaniangovernmentandpeoplehaveworkedhardtodevelopthecountry,andhavefoundapathtowardnationalrenewalsuitedtoyourconditions.Asyourfriends,wearetrulyhappyforyouandofferourheartycongratulations.
坦桑尼亚是中国在非洲的铁杆朋友，在中国外交史中占有特殊重要地位。中坦友好的故事是我们每个人年轻时代最鲜明的记忆。

我们不会忘记，是毛泽东主席、周恩来总理和尼雷尔总统以诚相交，亲手缔造了中坦全天候友谊。周恩来总理不远万里访坦、尼雷尔总统一生13次访华，这些场景，铸就了中坦友好的历史篇章。

我们不会忘记，5万多名中国工程技术人员远涉重洋来到非洲，同坦桑人民并肩奋斗，在极其困难的条件下修建坦赞铁路，为东南部非洲建设了一条“自由之路”和“友谊之路”，65名中国专家为此付出了宝贵生命，他们的汗水和鲜血浇灌起永远不败的中非友谊之花。
Wewillneverforgetthatover50,ChineseengineersandtechnicianstravelledthousandsofmilestoAfricaand,sidebysidewiththepeopleofTanzania,builttheTAZARARailwaydespiteformidabledifficulties.InbuildingthisrailwayoffreedomandfriendshipforSoutheasternAfrica,65Chineseexpertsmadetheultimatesacrifice.TheirsweatandbloodhelpednurturetheunfadingflowerofChina-Africafriendship.
我们不会忘记，坦桑尼亚和其他非洲兄弟一起，在年帮助中华人民共和国恢复在联合国的合法席位。坦桑前总理萨利姆先生作为代表，在会场击掌欢呼祝贺，在联合国舞台上留下了不畏强权、主持公道的记录。在庆祝新中国成立70周年之际，我们专门向这位老朋友颁发了“友谊勋章”。

我们更不会忘记，习近平主席年就任中国国家主席后，首次访问非洲就来到坦桑尼亚。正是在那次访问中，习近平主席首次提出了真实亲诚理念和正确义利观，如今已成为中国对非*策的指导方针。中坦关系的价值已经超出双边范畴，对中非关系和南南合作发挥了重要引领作用。
Moreimportantly,wewillneverforgetthatPresidentXiJinpingvisitedTanzaniaduringhisveryfirsttriptoAfricasinceheassumedofficeasPresidentofChinain.Duringthatvisit,PresidentXiputforththeprincipleofsincerity,realresults,affinityandgoodfaithandtheprincipleofpursuinggreatergoodandsharedinterests,whichhavesincebeentheguidingprinciplesofChina’spolicytowardAfrica.ThesignificanceofChina-Tanzaniarelationshasgonebeyondthebilateralscope,andourbilateralrelationshiphasplayedanimportantandexemplaryroleinChina-AfricarelationsandSouth-Southcooperation.
刚才，我会见了马古富力总统，同卡布迪外长举行了会谈，就进一步深化中坦关系达成重要共识。
